I Akshay kumar Dash want to say you that my father and mother booked a ticket from hyderabad through my friend id to bangalore to hyderabad . There journey date was on 11 July 2014 at 8:30 pm PNR 311496 , ABB9357367MMF,Boarding at marathalli jockey show room. They were waiting since 7:00 pm in that place to get the bus .My father called onto the numbers given in the mobile and ask about the late of the bus there . They responded and told that they will come to the stoppage but no body came there upto 9:30 pm. Then my father booked another bus ticket at 10″00pm so that he can reach hyd. At around 11:00pm my father got a call from your bus driver that to come to place which is nearly 3hrs journey from that place to get the bus. what will happen to a person who was waiting on the road since 7pm? when you r taking lot of money isn’t your curtsy to chek why or where the said person is who had spend money. cant you make a call to the person at that time it cost merly Rs 1. So I want you to refund the money which occurred due to the bus driver negligence. I will be very grateful to u if u refund the money very soon I will be waiting for your response.
