Lenovo Smartphone P770 – Customer Service

Myself Hiren Pandya from Rajkot, Gujarat. I am a user of Lenovo Smartphone P770. I had purchased the cell on 10th of October, 2013. for last one month I was facing problem in charging and hanging problem So I contacted your service center last to last saturday but they told that they are available for only half day on saturday so I contacted your helpline no and the lady told that the service center is available for full day from Monday to Saturday, So It create confusion. So kindly clarify the timing for service center. I have submitted my cell on this last Saturday means 30th August, 2014 and they told It will take a week to return my cell, So I asked the reason for this much time for just changing the socket and solving hanging problem than the lady told that the changing the socket will not take much time but the company doesnt provide the stock of spare parts so It will take this much time. So if this is the your service than I will tell its one of the worst back up you are having as a Brand Lenovo. This is just like china made service. If the cell is not with us for a week for this small problem than you can understand the situation of a customer. While purchasing I got the reference than Lenovo doesnt provide good service yet I trusted Brand Lenovo and purchased the cell, Now I think my well wishers were right and the brand is Just Name for this issue.

You are also aware about this charging socket problem in this type of cell and If it takes this much time due to non availability of spare parts than its shameful point for this Brand. the bad word of mouth might affect the image of your other products also because as all these products are service based.and there are so many branded companies in the industry of Smart Phone and they have established good market and Lenovo is late in India so instead of good product and good services, You are just following the process of selling and forgetting. Your service center is not being operated properly, Last to last sunday the engineer was not availble at 11 AM and the lady at counter is answering all the queries instead of showing to the proper engineers. I hope you can understand my problem and can rectify it as well as also give me the proper confirmation than when I will get my cell back in proper condition. Because the service center is responding that It will take up to week but cant give the proper day and date because it depends on the availability on the spare parts. Kindly reply to the mail as soon as possible.
