Dear Sir, I have booked my relocation household items from Jamshedpur to Bangalore through DTDC on 10th Dec13. During booking they said that the consignment will reach in a week period. After a week I called them and mailed regarding that status of my consignment and also I am not able to track my consignment docket number (900090050261) which they have provided to me. I have not received any response from them regarding the same. After several mails and calls they send one mail that we are sorry and we take-up your complaint to resolve. The consignment booked branch (Telco, Jamshedpur) DTDC person is not at all replying for phone calls. If we calls he is rejecting it. On 2nd I got call from DTDC that we will give you the delivery by today evening. I am very happy that I got my consignment and went to receive the same. After receiving it I unpacked the things and shocked to see that my consignment was 50% damaged and missing of some items. The list of damaged items are mentioned below for reference… 1. Godrez fridze (01) 2. Computer Table (01) 3. Badminton Rackets (02) 4. Gas Stove (01) 5. Dressing Table (01) 6. Tea Table (01) 7. Kitchen Containers 8. Gas Burners are Missing 9. Cooker Whistles are Missing 10. Etc…..(Other house hold things are missing). After seeing this I have called the Bangalore DTDC Manager to inform, but he said that it is not my responsibility. Then I called to Jamshedpur, Telco Branch person and he is not at all responding. Now I want to raise a complaint for my damage recover and action against DTDC for poor response to customer complaint and negligence. Regards Venu Yarasu +919886348xxx

I want recovery for damage items with the full amount I paid to DTDC and also I want to sue the company for poor customer service and response to the customer complaints and voice calls.
