Sir, On 21st feb 2013,one article was booked on my name in vizag DTDC office with AWB No.: H07160912 .Till today (14.03.2013) it is not delivered.I visited their office twice.I am not satisfied with their reply. T.VIJAYA LAKSHMI

I served Legal notice through lawyer on 05.03.2013 by registered post to both vizag and kurnool DTDC courier offices,consignment no.s are RN439696999IN & RN439697005IN.They are not accepting notices.Both are not delivered till today.I am demanding Rs 10000/- as compensasion for their negligence and Rs 2000/- as legal expenses.

I faced lot of mental agony and made phones many times and i could not meet my obligations as i have not received the article in time.
