DTDC Service branch, C/o Jayakamal Travels,Steel Plant Township Branch, Visakhapatanm received a consignment from Delhi through ebay purchase. It has reached to Steel Plant Branch on 11th of December, 2013 and returned back to Delhi within 04 days. This all I understood after tracing out from ID No: D15573489. The same was not informed to me even by single telelphone call or not even put a slip on the door for information sake and to collect the consignment from my side. Moreover, it is very much bad to feel that they even do not care the customer & talk ferociously without any minimum responsibility. I request you to take care of this issue, and see that proper distribution can be done through some other agency against this old irresponsible agency to a well educated employee surrounding atmosphere. This has happened two times to me. One time, I have lost material from the pacakges from this same branch and they were caught. Whole steel plant township is suffering with this branch and necessary justification to be done. Pl. see that the consignment which has been sent to Delhi, may be sent back to Visakhapatnam for proper deliver.
