DTDC Courier Loss of Parcel, No Customer Care

I had ordered some spices and Ayurveda herbs from Kerala on 8 January 2015. The same was couriered through DTDC on 9 January 2015 and was received at the Fort Branch, Mumbai on 13 January 2015. However, they have still not returned me the parcel. I have called them many times, emailed them, visited the fort branch. Still they have not been giving me my parcel. They are neither picking up my phone nor replying to my emails. After visiting their branch, they promise to reply in 2 days. However, its been over a week, they are still not replying me. I am attaching herewith the payment details for the parcel, screenshot of the parcel where it is evident that the parcel was received by DTDC in Mumbai on 13 January 2015 and the emails sent to DTDC.

Since the herbs and spices need to be stored in a proper temperature at a proper place, it may well be damaged. I would like to claim my money of Rs. 1,500 that I have paid for the parcel. I also want some action to be taken in connection with such a pathetic service provided, for which they are charging the consumer.
