DTDC Courier No Delivery – No Return / Refund

Hello DTDC Couriers and Cargo Ltd, As per the return self shipment policy of Myntra.com and Flipkart.com, I sent two return consignments to Vector E-commerce Pvt. Ltd. (Warehouse of Myntra.com) Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd. (Warehouse of Flipkart.com) bearing the consignment numbers Z36248420 (To Vector E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd.) Z36248357 (To Flipkart India Pvt Number) on 27/10/2014 28/10/2014 respectively. Both the consignments were costly returnself shipments bearing cost of 9999.00 6001.00 INR respectively.

Consignment bearing AWB number Z36248357 reached destination delivery hub Mahipalpur, New Delhi on 01-Nov-2014 and Consignment bearing AWB number Z36248420 reached destination delivery hub Mahipalpur, New Delhi on 29-Oct-2014. Usually as soon as a consignment reaches delivery hub delivery attempts starts from that day but I tracked using your online consignment tracking system that Even after reaching the destination hub no delivery was attempted for both the consignments.

I was worried about the status so I first wrote and email to Aligarh branch on 30-Oct-2014 regarding the status of one of my consignment but I got no reply then I wrote a mail to DTDC customer care on css.delhi@dtdc.com, css.bangalore@dtdc.com on 01-Nov-201 and got a reply from their end on 03-Nov-2014 that they have forwarded my complaint to concern officials and I’ll be getting a reply soon. In the meantime I conversed with Mahipalpur Hub Manager over the phone and as per his request I sent her details of my consignments on his email address ops.mahipalpur@dtdc.com but I didn’t get any reply from there end as well. Even after so many complaints when I didn’t get any satisfactory reply, I raised my concern to Mr. Mukesh on his email address mukesh@dtdc.com on 4-Nov-2014 and I also conversed with Mr. Vivek Bhattacharya, Hub Manager, DTDC Mahipalpur. Mr. Mukesh Forwarded my issue to concern officials but when I sent follow up emails to them I never received any response from their end as well. I had numerous conversations with Mr. Vivek Bhattacharya and every time I was being assured that either my consignments will be delivered or I’ll get full compensation in case of lose of consignments. On 11-Nov-2014 Mr. Vivek Bhattacharya told me that my consignments are lost during transit and sent me claim form, He assured me that after getting my claim form forwarded from my booking branch, I’ll get my full compensation within 30 days of time. My local booking franchisee asked me for the following documents to forward the claim request: Claim Form Duly Filled, Original Invoice copy. Original account copy Shipper Copy. Customer Complaint Letter etc. I provided my local booking franchisee with all the required documents and my claim form was processed by him on 23-11-2014 to Claim department. After the claim was processed I was coordinating with Ms. Anita Jain, Claim Coordinator at DTDC.

I want the sum of rs. 16000.00 which was the actual cost of my products which I sent back to ecommerce company.
