Dear sir,
We send a cover of Urgent Medicines to Heart Patient in Pilani from Hyderabad by DTDC courier on 26.4.2014.
Docket no: H28539027. Till date not reached at there. Patient is suffering at there. I send complaint to DTDC so many times by mail and phone. Till date no more action on that issue.

I request you please register my complaint on DTDC and suggest me how to proceed in consumer forum.
