A DTDC courier had been sent from trichy on 13th feb 2014 for me, but i have not received it till date. The DTDC branch numbers in avadi are always busy. Once i got connected and they said they will find out where the packet is and will call me back. But i never received any call. I am running behind these people but they don’t even know where the parcel is.

My consignment number is – F07990749 already i already complaint national consumer compliant forum. This kind of attitude is very shameful for the company like yours, maintaining customer relationship is difficult and loosing one is very easy. I will never ever deal with DTDC in future, since I have not seen such an irresponsible and non committed company. that parcel lovers day gift but not delivery till now
