Hi, I sent an important courier to Gurgaon from DTDC Kalyani nagar, Pune on 7th Aug, no. 18027032 which was supposed to delivered within 2 days. but it did not get delivered even after 9 days after it was sent. I sent mails to DTDC centre. I called several times. No one answered the phone. i went back to their centre to enquire, the concerned person said she will get it delivered the same day but that did not happen. to enquire from her i called at their pune centre again & again the concerned person only gave me lame excuses & stopped answering my calls after a while. She actually picked up my calls & disconnected again & again I am very unhappy with this service & treatment of my complaint plus wastage of money & efforts. I need a resolution to this as i am very agitated as a consumer. More than the amount & the trouble caused, it is the unhelpful, unresponsive attitude of the DTDC personnel etc. that is very shameful. If this does not get solved within 24 hrs i will raise it us with consumer court forums.

More than the monetary loss, since it was a Rakhi which was supposed to reAch either before or on the day of rakhi, this courier had a very emotional value for me & my family members. I still waited patiently that it might be because of the mail traffic that it got delayed even though this is not my problem. but the unhelpful attitude of the courier staff has me agitated over this. i followed up through every means & did nt get even an answer from these people. I want the most appropriate compensation for the emotional & mental trauma. the rudeness i faced from DTDC representatives & strict action to be taken against DTDC couriers for such lapses. Why are they even into the courier business if they cant even get a small courier delivered in a mainstream area?
