I have applied for United india health insurance online through Indian bank web site I am Indian Bank account holder My savings account no 423599999 I applied online for arogya raksha medical policy in indian bank web site UIIC ref no 01050048144100019873 I donot have netbanking so I made my policy payment Rs 3085 in arogya raksha premium account at indian bankjawahar nagar chennai branch on 24/07/2014. I have sent policy holders details and attached photos to UIIC mail Ids several times from 30/07/2014. But no proper reply When will I get policy details and ID cards Old Grievance No : PG0011282014 new Grievance No : PG0013312014 If you can not solve my problem refund my health policy premium amount Rs 3085 paid by me.
