On 15/7/14(Tuesday),Mr.Elumalai(9380309xxx) contacted me and explained the details about reliance plan and within a day he came to my home and collected payment.I paid him 1749/-INR through cheque(No.491416) dated 16/7/14 and he assured that Broadband would be installed on Friday( 18/7/14),but ever since that day all I got was headache because of these idiotic people. Next day I got call from reliance and my personal details were verified and I was assured that my connection would be installed within 3 days.The reason why I wanted this connection so badly is because my normal photon connection was going to expire and since it is Ramzan month(fasting),I was doing my office work from home.Now since I have paid these guys 3 months advance payment I cannot afford to make other payments as well. From Saturday(19/7/14) I have been daily calling the sales person(Elumalai) daily atleast thrice to ensure that my connection gets installed by EOD.All he says that it will be installed in 2 hours or he will come and visit my house within 5 mins and then thats it.He doesn’t even bother to reply my calls after 5(Eve) or doesn’t even gives a proper reason as to why the connection is getting delayed. On Wednesday( 30/7/14) after I shouted him and asked him for a refund,he came to my house along with some idiot(he later turns out to be technician) at around 6 in the evening and layed some wire all over my house’s common area then left my place.These people did not even cleaned up the mess they created and dint even said that they were leaving.After our landlord shouted at us we had to wrap up the wire and had kept it aside in one place.Next day I again called elumalai and asked what had happened,he said that he will complete the installation or what’s left of it today.While I was at my office I got a call from my home saying that someone had stolen the cable wire.I immediately called your guy and he says that the installation has been done where as my parents say otherwise,so I asked him to re verify and revert back to me but this idiot didn’t even care to reply back.I called him again and this time he says that the technician had taken the cable wire and installed it at some other house.As to why it was not installed at my house he says that the technician felt that urgent. I have not seen such reckless people in my life. This was continuing again for 2 days and then I decided to call the appeallate authority.When I called them they first wanted me to book a complaint with Customer support.On 25/6/14 I called Customer care but they refused to book a complaint since I was having no subscriber id but the support person said that she has raised a high priority request but did not give an reference details and asid that I would be getting a call from reliance very soon though I did not.After some time I again called Customer support and this time they were taking my complaint as a fresh one.After stressing a lot the support person(Ms.Sibriya
