I sent a parcel using DTDC courier from Shillong on the 3rd, The address for receiving was my office address and the company has claimed the address is incomplete. The courier was sent back to Kolkatta and from there it went to BHUBANESHWAR, (GOD KNOWS FOR WHAT IT WENT TO BHUBANESHWAR). Now the website shows the courier is back in Kolkatta. More than 20 days and no sign of my courier. Reference Number – K75214933

First I need the courier and 2nd I want compensation for the stress my Mum(Sender) and Me(Receiver) has faced. I had to go to the office in Bangalore multiple times and My Mum had to go to DTDC office in Shillong so many times.
