I have placed an order (X27599373) on 24th June and the package is showing delivered on 9th July even though it is not. From that day onward, i am continuously following up with DTDC support team but every time they are saying within 24 hours they will resolve the issue and it’s more than 10 days now. Every time they are treating it as a fresh case and not at all resolving the issue. Tried to contact Guntur branch office as well but they are not providing any proper update and they stopped picking up my calls later.
