I gave them a package to deliver on 3 May,2013. They promised that they will deliver the package within 4 business days. However, they later on told me to wait for one week for the package to be delivered. I accepted there request and after 10 days when I contacted them they gave em all useless excuses. I called all there branch offices at my personal costs to track the package but they did not deliver the package. I also told them that the person to whom that package was to be delivered is coming to Hyderabad. I told them to call back the package so that I can give it directly to the recipient but they couldn’t even call back the package. I had important visa document and some gods prashad in the package. The Visa documents expired after one month as they couldn’t deliver the package. It has been 45 days till now and when contacted there head office also they are not responding to my query.I paid Rs.10000 for the Visa documents. I want them to compensate me the cost of the Visa. I want a compensation of Rs.10000 immediately.
