I purchased a videocon 165 liter fridge from rk communication, panipat on 27-04-2012. Just after two months a water leakage problem started in the fridge. I contacted the dealer and he send his man for its repair. But the leakage could not be stopped. I again informed him to correct this fault and he send his man again. His man came and said that it can not be cured permanently and fitted some woods like material so that water leakage can be stop but it did not work. After that i went to dealer again and again but my problem can not be solved till today.the dealer also contacted with the company but they did not gave any satisfactory response. Right now i am hopeless from every side, please help me please

I am a middle class man who can purchase only one fridge at a time but due to a water leakage in my fridge from its starting i could not use it from the date when i purchased it. I have to keep our milk and other edibles in the neighbor’s fridge which is a very big problem for us as well as for them also. We have to keep the fridge off so that the water can not be spread all over the floor.

Simply we can not use that faulty fridge any more and we demand for a new fridge or full money back. Please help me and my family so that the company can replace that faulty fridge or pay us our money back. Thanking you.
