My sister Pinki sent me rakhi on 13th August 2016 using DTDC courier from DTDC Modinagar, Uttar Pradesh (Pincode – 201204). The consignment number of the same is Z97720100. When I tracked using dtdc website it is showing that the rakhi is delivered on 18th August, 2016 but I did not receive it. It is showing some dummy details (for name, mobile number, email, sign) on their website for the person details who receive the courier [http://www.dtdc.com/tracking/Z97720100]. When I ask them about the details they simply replied that the details updated on the website and the courier is delivered. But when I asked to give me the name and mobile number to whom they delivered, they stopped replying to my mail. Moreover, if the courier will take 6 days (from 13th August to 18th August) for delivering a package according to their update which is still not delivered. what is the use of the courier service where they charge so much for their service.

I want DTDC to pay for the expenses that we incur for the courier (product + courier delivery charges). In addition I want DTDC to compensate financially or in some other way for hurting the feelings by spoiling Rakshabandhan festival and not allowing us to celebrate the festival for the first time in my life. Moreover, it should be penalised for updating their website with some false details in the update section that the courier is delivered even though it is not delivered.
