My name is sreekumar and i am working as a computer engineer in Kochi.I took some data entry work from an organisation for my wife and we took some poor employees for doing that work.They are doing work from karunagappally in kollam district. We have copied the data entry work in a thumb drive and couried it from kochi to karungappally. Courier is DTDC and the date is 16th June 2009. I expected to get the courier on or before 18th June 2009. But It was not reached the destination before 18th June 2009. I mailed many times to DTDC customer service and called the local DTDC courier offices in Kochi and Karunagappally. They shouted me and asked me to wait. I was waiting for 1 week. But the courier was not reached the destination. I have mailed them again. After 15 days (on 30th June 2009) it reached the destination and they mailed me the details.But i need to submit the works within 20 days.
I mailed them again and asked for the reason. They were not responding.
Is it good. They have wasted my money and time.
What can i do?Can you suggest
