Its 19th june now and online tracking shows my boxes are delivered at cochin while the real destination of my packages is calicut. Meanwhile I got a call from DTDC representative in coimbathore,tamil nadu telling that my cargo cant be delivered to calicut for want of my ID proof.He was calling me and asking my personal details which was to the extend of mental harassment. It was the responsibility of Mr sanjay of DTDC burla ,sambalpur to sent the relevant documents such as ID proof and declaration. I am suffering for the lack of commitment and responsibility of untrained DTDC staff.I will sue the company for personal damages,mental harassment and unauthorized phone calls. despite repeated emails DTDC is not replying to my queries. besides this the false tracking details on dtdc website is given below Tracking No.: G90158348
