I was sent a certificate from Bangalore via DTDC. Ref No. B08534061. The said certificate was never delivered to self and probably was handed over to someone else without proper verification. DTDC has not been replying to my emails for some time which they did initially.Nor have they provided a solution to the complaint

This being a private document my privacy has been compromised. Further because of not getting the same on time,I was unable to present the same for a few critical interviews.

Would like to ensure that this is investigated and failure poits identified so other customers dont have to face the same.Also appropriate relief as deemed fit for the inconvenience.
