AWB No: Z11456835 couriered (my original birth certificates) from Lucknow on 23rd Dec’2013, misplaced by DTDC Airoli(Sec-9), Navi Mumbai Fancisee office. Nobody was at home from 25th Dec’2013 to 1st Jan’2014. However the record at the office of DTDC are showing as delivered with my fake signature on 28th Dec’2013(delivered by Nityanand). The in charge Mr. Dileep not doing enough to track the consignment. If not received in 2 days I will be lodging a police complaint.
