1. Why order not delivered in 48 hrs. When Promised to customer. 2. What took so long time in delivery. 3. The numbers of DTDC delivery centers and customer center are not working. The call is not attended for 15-20 minutes. 4 Take remedy steps to the followiung persons : a. Madhapur Vendor I gave order. at 11 AM in the morning on Friday. b. When order Reached Jaipur on Monday Moning what took so late. c. Why my complaints/calls were not addressed in time. d. Delivery Boy – Number (9314193514) 5. In the condition my order is not delivered on time now what is your explanation.

I gave the parcel on Friday 10 Jan 2014. I was told that it will reach in 48 Hrs. But I got it on 15th Wednesday. and when I asked for the explanation jaipur delivery centre said Phone number mentioned on the parcel box was incorrect while i checked again it was correct and written on two places. I have attached the document.

I want full money back from DTDC as compentiation for cause of Loss of time and money. Paid – 1045 Rs
