Dear Madam/Sir, I was ordered some diwali gifts from 24sevenindia.com & booked by DTDC on27/09/2014 to my native address, “Sabideipur, Binayakpur, Nayagarh, Odisha-752080”. I had been continually following with DTDC delhi office since the order booked. But all in vain due to their suspicious response. Though as per internet tracking it shows that the material has been received on 12/10/14 in their web tracking. but till now the material is with their Nayagarh Branch. I was in a tour to native place from 04/10/14 to 12/10/14 & was hoping to get the items. Even though I was esquires from their Nayagarh office three times about the material but it was told that the material has returned. I am in Delhi & requested them to deliver the items but they are approaching me to collect the items from Nayagarh branch.
