I have sent a courier (Study material) from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 23/08/2014 through DTDC with Docket No: H33653291 at Pragathi nagar as the branch office of DTDC Miyapur, Hyderabad by paying Rs.360/- ,but till it was not reached the destination. I have given a complaint as form of mail (Mail attached) but not respond the DTDC team members, I have personally approach the DTDC Hyderabad regional office and they have accepted the receiving of compliant and missing of my parcel. As Suggested by RO office team, I have approached Miyapur branch manager Mr.Jahangir, initially one time he has lifted the phone and then he is not lifting the phone , I have tried to meet the Mr. Jahangir but he is not available in office, so approached the second line person Ms. Jansi but she is also not respond properly . Requesting you please provide the justice to me (Subba Raju NLD).

Should be punished the Mr.Jahangir who is responsible person of DTDC ,Miyapur branch and behaving neglect . and wanted the relief ~3000/- , DTDC charges and value of 45 days mental tension.
