I am Anurag singh and I booked one consignment(B06054373) to Delhi from Bangalore on Thursday 2nd Jan 2014 and i was tracking the consignment on their portal on Saturday 4th Jan 2014 it was showing attempted as status but the recipient didn’t get the courier as well as he also didn’t get any call from your delivery guy and neither do I .I am continuously trying your number but there is no one to answer the call.Please suggest me what I have to do to get any person from their side to attend the call or notify me about my consignment.
