I have not received my parcel(consignment no. D19272444) as on date. Same was dispatched for dtdc noida office on15/09/14 and received at dtdc gurgaon office on 16/09/14 but it has not been deliver to me till now.I have been trying to call their customer care for past 4 days but no one is piking the phone. I called their gurgaon office but they are not cooperating with me neither are they giving a valid solution to my problem. They keep asking to call customer care. Now I am at their mercy ….I have paid for the service which I have not received till now. Now I have personally collected my parcel from their gurgaon office on 22/09/14 arnd 4.45pm.

I want refund for what I have paid as courier charges plus conveyance charges for collecting my parcel from their office. And a written apology on their letter head.
