I have received “Prestige PIC 2.0 V2 Induction Cooktop” on 20 Sep’14. SHIPMENT ID: 561929108 I have sent an email to them regarding the issue. Ticket no: 102794577 But still I have not got any reply from them.

I want to get my item which I ordered for not the different item.
