Dear Sir, I had dispatched a parcel through DTDC –Pondicherry Branch on 23-12-2014 Shipment No : D20859106 to the destination of Indore addressee to Mr. Vineet Jain On DTDC web tracking it is known that the parcel has been reached up to Indore DTDC office evidence enclosed. I had contacted concerned authorities to know about the delivery of the parcel to the addressee ( all details enclosed) In spite of all my efforts to find out the prompt delivery I have not been given proper reply by them and the parcel has not been delivered to the addressee till now.

This parcel contains electronic items worth of 1.25lakhs , If it is lost it would be a heavy economy loss to me.

In case of lose of parcel the entire value to be reimbursed to me or If it is belatedly delivered the cost of booking Rs3000 to be refunded since It is affected my business ethics.
