I have no words to express the kind of shock and harassment and embarrassment DTDC services have caused to me. On 11Th Aprill 2015 i have book a package with a DVD and pen-drive in it. The package had photos and videos of a Wedding we has covered as a part of our business. As per DTDC systems it is showing as delivered on 15th April. However my client has not yet received it and has been following up with both me and DTDC in Gurgoan. I work out of Mumbai and had to go back to Hyderabad office to raise this complaint as the jokers there do not take calls. I have asked the team in Hyderabad office to show me the proof of delivery so that i can take up the matter with my client, but that office is unable to provide any such proof. So this is what i expect 1) Either they get the receiving party get the package or 2) Return my package to me. Such careless attitude only show that the higher management is a bunch of nincompoops and such a company must be made to pay
