DTDC – Parcel Lost not doing anything

I am an online retailer and posted a parcel via DTDC. The parcel never reached the customer and the online tracking shows it was returned to origin. Kept calling DTDC for 2 months however no reply. Finally they said parcel has been lost.
I have lost a customer plus my parcel. I want to be compensated for my parcel invoice amount plus courier charges and other compensation for wasting my time on calling DTDC a million gazillion times.
