I had sent Galaxy trend mobile phone to Neha Joshi (Bhilwara, Rajasthan) But instead of phone she received a stone. the matter was immediately reported to DTDC. They found that the weight of the consignment was changes between bangalore and jaipur. Mr Mohan raj was then assigned to investigate but He never replied to my calls and mails on time. Finally he rejected the claim on false Basis.I am highly frustrated with the behaviour of DTDC on this. Please see the attached e-mail. I am attaching the booking receipt and e-mail proof. I want DTDC to buy me a new Galaxy Trend phone. I dont just want to settle on the declared value of the phone. Kindly suggest what should be done
