i have worked at 3-4 places in educational institutes
where while interview all working formtas the interviewer agreed to it initially later he changed factor according to his terms and conditions and accussed me of non -compliance.
when i approached for dues they prolonged under pretext on business loss,childrens future,notice period,wrong feedback,negative attitude,poor attire n performance.
on the contrary they complaint against for all false reason like intrusion,invasion ,incursion when they themselve r reposible for all above .
they could have resolved my dues but they pretend to be friend and accordigly extracted n released all shits out of me for years these people r running their business on complainees personal circumstances.r exploitive n manipulative by nature.run business of emotion n equation in the name of education.
during this phase i underwent both psychological,physical n emotional trauma,still havent come out it i fail to concentrate on anything its haunting like death behind life rather following like a shadow or mishap.
i plead,cried to clear my dues on time.
i did everything.but it wont budge.
on the contrary subjected me to dangerous circumstances.
they delayed,betrayed to humiliate,provocate,retaliate,accuse,abuse,amuse.
whoever the complainner his/her intent was not positive rather intent was/is/will to usurp personal interest,assets,property,rights,profits etc.
they deceived to write appointment letter with certificates later to forge and issue to any one else without consent on request of anonymity.
risking ur identity,dignity,oppurtunity etc.
these r fraud educational institutes.
i had flair to teach but according to my ability i took these menial jobs with the impression that it would be fun.it has cost me dearly,infact i had axed my own feet by taking up such jobs.
here initially u feel ok ut,later they subject u sort of reposibility,liabilitty.
they check with u over every petty issue out of their own inquisitive tendency,when u reply aburdly they subject u sort of question on intention to weaken n compromise ur action to a large extent.,to cause relation,situation,complication in life .
so that u battle 4 rest of life in defendineg all allegations,accustions,obligations,provocation,retaliation,humiliation,obstruction.
they make every attempt to hurt ur sentiments for updates,profits,
they r perpetrator in the name of protector,lamentor,tormentor etc.
eg your per month salary is say 5-10k.
now these r suppose to resolve dues regardless whether u they gave lay off or made to quit within weeks time or month
but they will prolong to subject u to all sort of questions ,accusation,allegation,observation,humilaition ,retaliation,obstruction,obligation or extract n release all ur shits according to personal circumstances over years for profits or to encourage n entertain themselves forcibly.
will have no decency to clear dues willingly.
despite this they will pay u petty amount.against they what they have assured u at the time of interview.
they misdirect,misuse,mistreat,mistrust ,mistake u over petty issue for credentials

such people r liable n responsible to stringent action n compensation 4 causing loss.

sheer arrogance,ignorance
gross injustice
gravest crime n scam.
