This is for your kind information that, hardly six months back, I had purchased item no.8246228 form your Dunlop, Bonhoogly, Kolkata outlet . But the most astonishing fact is that, product of reputed company like yours now in such a condition that, I can’t use it any more because the right sole of the pair is totally exhausted. More over, yesterday (29/07/2016), I went to that particular outlet, and came to know that , you withdrew the repairing section, so this item remains no more usable . In addition to above, they recognized me and my purchase, but asked for the bills. The fact is that, as myself and my family is a confident user of your products for life, we never kept our bills, because this things never happen with us before, So I can’t show you any document of the purchase.
