I had purchased two 1 seater sofa model no.- 30310 on the 16th of December 2012 and made full payment of Rs. 19200 in advance. I was expecting the delivery as promised today. When no calls came, I called and was told that 1 of the sofa is damaged and there was no second piece. I was offered keeping 1 of the sofa, which obviously makes no sense. The sofa which i purchased were at 80% discount. That was the reason I opted for the sofa in the first place.

As they could not deliver the product, i asked for my money to be refunded as the credit card company charges me high interest and I had to purchase a new sofa for new year party. The person declined to pay the money and offered me another cheaper product. I agreed. he offered me delivery after a week. Again after a week, no delivery happened and when i enquired at the showroom, they said that the other product was also damaged and now they can only offer me leatherite sofa, where as the original order was for leather sofa. When i said I want my money back, I was told, it would be done in a week. Till now the money is to be paid back to me.

I want the original order to be honoured. If not I want my money to be refunded along with interest effective 16th December at the rate my credit card company charges me and atleast Rs. 5000 as damages for the mental agony i had to go through for cancelling the party at my house and cost of travelling to the showroom multiple times.
