I have flat in C building 301 in dynasty. When I have taken the possession for this flat I had registered the three complaints about the flat. Please find below three complaints which I am still following up with builder. 1. Balcony slop is not correct, water does not flow out from main balcony. 2. Kitchen syn is leaking, due to this the complete door is getting damaged, even wall is having all issues due to continuous leakage. 3. Master bedroom toilet leakage. also the flush is not working. All these issues, I have been following up earlier with Shinde from maint department and now I am following up to get these things done from Deshmukh and Shashank Katge. The issues were acknowledged by maintenance team all time and they have started working on these from last 2 months for all these genuine issues. We have registered these requests in all complaint registry but all time there has been excuses given to us saying ” plumber is on vacation” , ” tiles are not there”. As I am not located in Pune now, I am hard to get these things done from these guys. Every day it starts that it will be done today but they dont show up. The work is halfly done andit is hugh inconvinience caused to tenants. Now there is major issue that they have started the work and removed all tiles and comode from bathroom area. This is the case like for almost now two months and they have been giving me excuses to complete this work. I have escalated this to Shashank as per Anil’s suggestion, but things are not improved. Kindly suggest. Appreciate any help on this from committee. Thank you.

This case is very open and all three cases have been acknowledged by builder’s maint department. ALl three complaints should be addressed and completed asap. The compensation should be given to customer for such inconvenience so that there will be a great lesson to these people.
