E-Litmus exam – Money Deducted, No Service

Hello Sir/Ma’am, I’m a student preparing for jobs, and for the same I was applying to take E-Litmus exam. While paying the fees for the exam I only had option to pay the amount using mobikwik website as my bank(SBBJ) net banking option was not available at E-litmus site. So i decided to pay using www.mobikwik.com. I transferred INR 920(exam fee) to my account created in mobikwik from my SBBJ account using net banking. Then I made a transaction of INR 920 from my account at www.mobikwik.com to pay the exam fee to E-litmus, the balance was deducted but suddenly i received a error message mentioning “Sorry something went wrong this transaction will not be completed due to some technical problem”. I reported the same to the customer service, today I received a call from +91-9919916352 the person said that he is a technical support executive at mobikwik, and he accepted that the problem was at their side and the transaction was unsuccessful due to their technical issue, then he started asking me my confidential information like my ATM card number, One Time Password (received through bank by SMS for transaction), my Account number, profile password, netbanking username, netbanking password, high security questions etc. He asked me to give all above confidential information to receive the amount back otherwise they won’t refund me my money. When i told him that I’ll file a legal complaint against him then he said do whatever you want.

1) The amount i paid i.e INR 920 Other than that i don’t know how much or what claim may i ask the company for loss of appearing in exam and the mental tension i received. If possible I would wish you to consult me.
