i have applied PAN Card through E-mudhra online . as per their commitment they have to pick up the documents from me..My reference no :201404113072. applied on 11th april 2014, till now no body initiated ..i have sent several mails,even in online chatting they are told that will send a representative .. today is 28th nobody came to me..they are acting what they are promised , even i told him that i am going to consumer court for your wrong promises, they never bothered about that also..

i want my PAN to given on time and they are wasted my valuable time and toll free number also not provided they have land line number … i have called up to that land line my service provider charged 36 rupees.i need 5000/- rupees from them..
