I want to inform you that I have ordered to you Samsung Star Touch Phone on dt 31/12/09 through Booking ID No. 110057493. But on 22/01/2010, I was received the parcel which have containing Kodak-M380 Digital Camera, which you have send by mistake. As per telephonically discussion with you, I do return the Parcel to you and same also received by you. After lapse of two years, I have not received my product till now. I have also cancelled my product and requested to you for refund. But till now both actions are pending. If you have refunded my amount then please send me details.

The scan copy of the receipt through which I have return back the product, is also enclosed herewith for refund the courier charges.

I want to also inform you that I have changed my address from Mumbai to Kota (Rajasthan) due to my transfer in service. My new address as given below:
