Dear sir,
i have purchesed spice hand set in Jharsuguda ( orissa) in the month of Jan.09 from Soni watch house ( prop- shiw pujan soni). my spice handset is in warranty period. the ear phone of the set is not working ( loose contact ) + right side speaker low voice.
regarding the problem informed to shop oner from where i purchased the set. but he is replying that the marketing person is not coming from Sambalpur to jharsuguda, it will take time. already one week passed out my problem is still pending.
