easemytrip care and spicejet – giving me the wrong information

I want to file a case against 2 companies easemytrip.com(+91 11 4313-1313, 4303-0303 ) and spicejet for giving me the wrong information of flight and thus I missed my flight on 5th dec from delhi to Hyderabad which impacted me a huge loss. I booked a round trip from Hyderabad to Chandigarh n back to Hyderabad through easemy trip care on 2nd October. My confirmation ID is 021013CXF0G45GF and IATA number is 14309584. The ticket which I received from Easemy trip care is also attached along. The boarding timings of inbound flight from Delhi to Hyderabad of spice jet SG-233 is 14:40 hrs and it will reach Hyderabad at 16:50 hrs. But the boarding pass which I get from spice jet at Chandigarh airport has boarding time 13:15 pm. So there is more than 1 hour difference between these two timings and thus I missed my flight from Delhi on 5th dec. and missed my important meeting due to this. I asked for any other option from spicejet and they said its easemytrip fault as they has provided the wrong information of timings and insisted me to buy a new ticket for Hyderabad worth Rs 9,678 as I am left with no other option other than buying the new ticket and my missed flight revenue is also not refunded back. Also the new ticket which I bought from spicejet at airport has departing time 08:30 pm but after collecting the boarding pass the timing was 08:05pm. So here the ticket given by spicejet directly was also have different timings. The very next day I called easemy trip and yelled at them about my situation and they clearly said that its spice jet mistake that they preponed their flight time and has not even informed you and to them. So now I am totally disturbed with this incident and got a huge loss because of this.

I have missed my very important meeting in Hyderabad which impacted me huge loss of money Rs 50,000.
