Dear sir I prefer easy day (from opening day of store at Ashiyana – Lucknow) for my daily needs inspite being spencers and Vishal mega mart as just neighbour options. As of daily routine, I brought five packets of AMUL milk (each of half litter in quantity) along with other items having total bill amount Rs 365.12/- paid by debit card whose details are under mentioned: Date: 29.05.2017 Time: 17:39 Store: 3611 POS EMP: 5Rame TRANS: 171529 Invoice No.: 3611005171529 Bottom Underlined barcode number: 660003611000050017152920170529173510 Immediately I came at home and boil four (out of five) packets of milk in RO cleaned pan but immediately Milk got ejaculated.

Without any delay I approach to concerned store manager and explain him all, and requested to come to me (i.e. 500 mtrs away from store) and see the Milk ejaculation personally. But he refused and replied that I am not so free person and your item is non replaceable. As an Utmost help done by him, I could replace my one non opened milk packet. And surprised that date on newly replaced packet (that I am purchasing from store on May29, 2017 evening) is mentioned ‘use by: 30.05.2017’ while on all four ejaculated milk packets it is ‘use by: 29.05.2017’. it conclude that in summer season store is selling milk that has been brought by store one day prior, as per date mentioned on m ilk packets. Luckily the newly replaced one packet doesn’t ejaculated. Let me allow to submit: 1. If, I am purchasing some edible item from easy day, and it immediately found ejaculated; who owns the responsibility? And why the customer should bear lose? 2. How can I be confident for future buying, that easy day will remain maintain its spirit that at least always provide fresh edible items to its customers?
