Dear sir, Smt. Pankhuri kapur Manager with Bajaj Allianz Co Ltd. SCO-156,159 2nd floor Sec 9c Chandigarh.Pin 160009 at shimla contacted me to work as insurance adviser who collected the papers i.e. stamp papers amounting to Rs 500/-(Blank signed) to execute the agreement, cheque amounting to Rs 100/- in favor of Bajaj allianz co ltd, copy of pan card,copy of adhaar card and photograph required for registring/issuing licence as insurance adviser during March 2017.She told me that the AGREEMENT had executed and sent to the IRDA for further necessary action. It is very painful to say that no any licence had issued in favour of me inspite of elapsing more then two months even the duplicate copy of executed aggrement has not supplied to me for which I had requested time and again verbal as well as on whats ape messages with the manager Smt. Pankhuri Kapoor I also request her to collect and returned the aggreement with relevent papers which were sent to IRDA.
