The Government of Karnataka has Bhoomi – Land Records Website which is always down. It used to work like a charm until 2015 but since 2016, not sure what have they tried to do, I have never got anything that I wanted from the Website.

I always see this error now when I try to access some records –
Hissa and Surnoc number is not found. Please enter some other survey number

Karnataka and Bangalore is supposed to be the IT Capital of Asia and look at the pathetic state of affairs under the Congress led Government of Shri Siddramaiah I bet who doesn’t understand what SaaS or Online Services are.
