I, rohit narang having easyday membership card with mobile no. 85679721X7. I have registered a request to transfer my card from malout to ludhiana dated 03.09.2019 but till date the card is not being transferred. On being enquired via customer care twice they had said wait for one day your card will be transferred but they are not providing any reason to my question about why it has not been transferred yet. On being asked to transfer my call to higher official they simply refused to do. I m seriously feelling harassment. If there is any official which see the complaints.
