Dear Sir , The above loan with LIC Housing finance Ltd was closed and on 15/07/19 LIC Housing finance collected Rs. 2500/- plus 18% GST to retrieve original documents of my flat . After that they informed me documents are not traceable with them . They refused to give anything in writing Hence I informed them to refund Rs. 2500/- plus 18% GST which they had collected for retrieval of original documents of my flat . LIC Housing Finance has refused to refund the amount stating this is normal procedure . I am in total loss as I will have to reconstruct new documents . I tried getting in touch with their seniors but was unable to get in touch with anyone am a consumer and this is against the interest of a consumer
