Easyday – they are not bothered about the customer they are only concerned about the sales

I had purchased Karbonn Kphone1 mobile from easyday on 18th September 2013. At the time of purchase they told me it is covered under 1 year warranty and if any problem arises they will exchange or get it repaired. My mobile got problem on 22nd October 2013. Same day i visited their store they told me that concerned guy will work from 02:00PM to 11:00PM and today he went out for some other urgent work. So he requested to come on next day. Again I visited on 23rd October 2013 at around 07:00PM and met Mr. Prashanth, Floor Manager of Electronic Goods. He said they wont do any service or repair for that mobile. I has to visit Jayanagar karbonn service center. Again I met Mr. Raghavendra, Store Manager he also conveyed the same. I don’t understand if I buy any mobile from other shop they will take it and forward to the customer center. But in Easyday they are not bothered about the customer they are only concerned about the sales. I told them that is their responsibility to send the mobile to service center but strictly they disagrees. They are only concerned about the sales. I told them that I will take action through consumer court. They told me that I can go ahead. But they are not bothered about service. They are only concerned about sales.

Easyday store has to take the responsibility for getting my mobile rectified. They are asking me to go to service center in jayanagar and the product was sold by them. If they ready to sell and sign on warranty book why should customer has to go to service center. They has to take from the customer and send it to service center and get it back for handing over the same to the customer
