I had booked 3 flight tickets online in www.easygotrip.com from delhi to mumbai for the date 19-june-2015 at the time 7p.m After booking the tickets, i also paid the amount of Rs.9312/-. They also gave me confirmation regarding the flight tickets. After a while they rejected our tickets stating “unavailability” reason.

Firstly I am a student studying in Bangalore.So it would be very very hard for a student to manage if all of a sudden an amount of Rs.9312 is missing. I along with my two friends had booked the tickets. We all three will be in Delhi on 19-june-2015 and we have to come back to Mumbai on the same day to fulfill some commitments. It is Only after the website www.easygotrip.com showed the availability that we booked 3 tickets. As all three of us are students and not some big businessmen who can afford losses as severe as this. I only had limited amount left with me in the bank and they have taken it all & i will have to come back to mumbai from Delhi with no money and tickets in hand.
