Tikona – Not providing desired internet service

I am using a broadband connection of Tikona and my user id is:-1113035047 and mob number is:-880267xxx from last one month.I have paid subscription charges for two months:rs.2697.But I am not able to connect internet services due to their technical issues.I have contacted with their customer care executives and they are providing various contact number of local engineers but that engineers are not coming to solves the issues.And When i am calling to that local engineers then they are misbehaving with me.

I want that the internet connectivity issue which is creating with me solves immediately and the due to project delayed I have loss rs.20000.That i want to fulfill by Tikona Company.And I also want that the local engineers which has misbehaved with me should say sorry to me.
