This is regarding the transaction of Rs14902 from my HDFC card on 17/05/2015 towards www.easygotrip.com for flite booking from Kolkata(CCU) to Bangalore (BLR) for the journey on 26/05/2015. The easy go booking trip no is:ET60840.At the time of booking the PNR number was not generated.At that time itself I understood that it was a fraud site.So I sent the mail regarding this issue and even I lodged the dispute . After sending a mail to them, they have Rejected Due To Unavailability. They have said that I can utilize my the amount for another booking by using your coupon code GHR3654H254AK33 / 670 worth Rs 14942/-. They even have mentioned the wrong amount.The promotional code is also not valid.The site is totally fraud and has many complaints on its name.After receiving this mail I was sure that a fraud has occurred on me. On this morning they picked up the call and when i asked about refunds they just dropped the phone. The next time i called i got a message that all their representatives are busy. They have been mentioned a different address.I found this on JUST DIAL. I want refund of money of Rs1402 to my account. The site should also be banned so that this never happens to anyone else.
