I booked a ticket form chennai to lucknow on 11/10/2014 from easygotrip website (Rs 4778). After the money transaction, easygotrip immediately canceled my ticket and told me that ticket fair has been changed and due to some technical problem website showing old flight fairs. I asked them to return my money, they told me that my money will be refunded within 9 working days. After 9 working days I called them several times to their customer care number (8080144xxx) but no one answered my calls. I mailed them (support@easygotrip.com) but no body replied me. In there cancellation mail they mention that “I gave them wrong mobile number” but the number what i gave them (8680935xxx) is in working since august 2012.

I want my money (Rs 4778) back as soon as possible and I want that government impose a sufficient fine to this website “easygotrip” on the basis of following mistakes. 1) Not providing correct information in their website. 2) Not answering to mail and customer care calls 3) Not refund the money in standard time frame.
